Morning inbox briefing
- Read-only access
- Drafts, never sent
- At the hour you choose
Wake up to one short page that sums up the last 24 hours of your email: what is urgent, what needs a reply, and what you can ignore. Drafts are ready. Nothing is sent without you.

Questions about the briefing
Can it send emails for me?
No. It prepares drafts and nothing more. You read every draft and send it yourself, or discard it.
Can it change or delete anything in my mailbox?
No. The assistant is read-only. It does not move, label, archive or delete messages.
When does the briefing arrive?
At the hour you choose, covering the last 24 hours of email. Most people pick a time before they start work.
Does my email go to an AI provider?
Only if you choose it, and never raw. In the cloud option our gateway replaces names, addresses and numbers with tokens before any text leaves your environment. With a GNSIT server or an AI box in your office, data does not go to a public AI provider at all.
How do we start?
A 15-minute call to choose the first tasks, then a two-week pilot on sample data that only you see. After that we switch it on for good and stay on as support.
