Do I need a new app?

No. It works in Telegram, in a chat with your bot.

Does it file things without asking me?

No. It prepares a log entry or an expense. Nothing is saved until you tap Save.

What goes into a log entry?

What happened on site, who was there and what is left to do. Say it the way you would tell a colleague. The assistant writes it up and dates it.

Does my receipt photo go to an AI provider?

Only if you choose it, and never raw. In the cloud option our gateway replaces names and addresses with tokens before any text leaves your environment. With a GNSIT server or an AI box in your office, data does not go to a public AI provider at all.

How do we start?

A 15-minute call to choose the first tasks, then a two-week pilot on sample data that only you see. After that we switch it on for good and stay on as support.
