Change orders
- Captured the moment it is asked
- Nothing sent until you tap Send
- Cost impact in the draft
When a client asks for a change, you tell your private assistant in Telegram. It writes the description and the cost impact, and alerts the office to approve. Nothing is sent until you tap Send.

From a client request to an approval
Five steps. You tell it, check it, and the office approves.

Tell it
Tell your assistant in Telegram what the client asked for. No new app to learn.
CLIENT ASKS - 02
Understand
Your words become text. It picks out what changes, where and for whom.

A clear description and a cost impact are drafted for the change.

You see the draft in the chat and can change the wording or the amount.

Send
Tap Send and the office gets an alert to approve. Until then, nothing leaves.
TAP SEND
Ask. Price. Approve.
Capture the sample client request, then send it to the office. Nothing here is real data.
- 1You tell it. Telegram is a free chat app. Your assistant is a private contact in it, like a colleague. When a client asks for a change, you say it, as you would to a person.
- 2It prepares. It writes a clear description of the change, adds the cost impact and the schedule effect, and prepares an alert for the office.
- 3The office approves. Nothing is sent until you tap Send. Then a person in the office approves or declines.

DRAFT WAITING FOR YOUR APPROVAL
Same request. Approved before the work starts.

Example with sample numbers. Your real time depends on your office.
It reads. You decide.
The assistant is built so it cannot act on its own.
You tell, it drafts
The client request becomes a draft with a cost impact. The assistant prepares it and then waits.
DRAFTS FIRSTNothing sent alone
No change order reaches the office until you tap Send.
TAP SENDThe office approves
A person in the office approves or declines every change order. The agent never decides.

Questions about the assistant
Do I need a new app?
No. It works in Telegram, in a chat with your bot.
Does it send change orders without asking me?
No. It prepares the description and the cost impact. Nothing is sent until you tap Send, and the office still approves.
What goes into a change order?
What the client asked for, where, and what it does to cost and schedule. Say it the way you would tell a colleague. The assistant writes it up and dates it.
Does what I say go to an AI provider?
Only if you choose it, and never raw. In the cloud option our gateway replaces names and addresses with tokens before any text leaves your environment. With a GNSIT server or an AI box in your office, data does not go to a public AI provider at all.
How do we start?
A 15-minute call to choose the first tasks, then a two-week pilot on sample data that only you see. After that we switch it on for good and stay on as support.
Approve it before the work
Tell us how change requests reach you today. We will show you the agent on sample data first.
