Always-on assistant
- Remembers your open matters
- Runs recurring tasks on time
- Learns a routine you show once
Your private assistant in Telegram stays on around the clock. It remembers the company's active matters, runs your recurring tasks on schedule and learns a routine after you show it once. Anything that goes out waits for your tap.

From a first task to a routine that runs
Five steps. You tell it once, then it keeps going.
- 01
Tell it
Tell your assistant in Telegram about a project or a task. No new app to learn.
YOU SAY IT - 02
Remember
Open items, deadlines and context are kept in its memory, project by project.
ITS MEMORY - 03NOWWEEKLYLATER
Schedule
Recurring tasks run on the day and time you set, like a Monday summary or Friday invoices.
ON SCHEDULE - 04ROUTINE · NEW
Learn
Show it a routine once, like a close-out checklist. It offers to save it, and you confirm.
YOU CONFIRM - 0506:00
Repeat
Next time it runs on its own. Anything that goes out still waits for your tap.
NEXT RUN
Tell it once. Keep it running.
Play a sample message, see what it remembers, then save the routine. Nothing here is real data.
- 1You tell it. Telegram is a free chat app. Your assistant is a private contact in it, like a colleague. You describe a task once, as you would to a person.
- 2It keeps track. It remembers the open items, sets up the recurring tasks and notices a routine worth saving.
- 3You decide. A new routine is saved only after you tap Save. Then you can keep it or pause it.
Routine saved. It will run on its own.
WHAT THE ASSISTANT HOLDS FOR YOU
Same recurring task. Done on time, every time.

Example with sample numbers. Your real time depends on your office.
It remembers. You decide.
The assistant is built so it cannot act on its own.
Only what you set
It runs the recurring tasks you set up, and nothing else. A new routine is only a suggestion until you save it.
YOUR LISTNothing sent alone
Anything that leaves, to a client or to the office, waits until you tap Send.
TAP SENDYou stay in charge
You can keep a routine or pause it at any time. The agent never decides for you.

Questions about the assistant
Do I need a new app?
No. It works in Telegram, in a chat with your bot.
Does it act without asking me?
No. It runs the recurring tasks you set up and prepares what goes out. Nothing is sent until you tap Send.
What does it remember?
The open items and context of your active projects, as you told them to it. Say it the way you would tell a colleague.
Does it really work around the clock?
Yes. It runs on a server, so it does not depend on your phone or computer being on. Recurring tasks run at the time you set.
Does what I say go to an AI provider?
Only if you choose it, and never raw. In the cloud option our gateway replaces names and addresses with tokens before any text leaves your environment. With a GNSIT server or an AI box in your office, data does not go to a public AI provider at all.
How do we start?
A 15-minute call to choose the first tasks, then a two-week pilot on sample data that only you see. After that we switch it on for good and stay on as support.
Let it run around the clock
Tell us which tasks repeat in your week. We will show you the agent on sample data first.
